● Its working state is durable and stable, with strong overload capability and accurate operating data. It has automatic tracking function (the power supply automatically tracks and accelerates according to the current speed after power outage and abnormal problems are handled), braking function (stops the normally operating turbomolecular pump within the set time), acceleration overcurrent, operating overcurrent, deceleration overvoltage, power undervoltage, power overheating, pump overheating and other protection functions to extend and protect the service life of the pump;

● Built-in high-efficiency output matching transformer, with super overload capacity and very low temperature rise, fully suitable for long-term continuous operation;

● A complete set of external control interfaces, including single-key start/stop control, passive normally closed switch fault signal, passive normally open switch full-speed operation signal, 0-10V frequency analog signal output, 10V frequency synchronous pulse signal, 485 control and other functions, which can easily set up automated exhaust systems for various vacuum equipment.
